Sam’s Story
Samantha grew up in Windsor and spent most of her adult life in Toronto for school and work. In 2017, she moved to California for a tech design internship and during that summer, her relationship with Renato started to form.
These days, she’s mostly into racquet sports, helping small local businesses with their online brand presence and of course, being the head of design for our wedding.
Renato’s Story
Renato grew up in Mississauga and after university spent most of his life in California. He’s a proud Waterloo alumni and if you’ve ever taken an Uber before, chances are Renato has helped your driver on the platform.
Outside of work, he’s all about basketball, optimizing award travel and setting the right party vibes. He’s our go-to music guy at all events and he is especially excited for this one.
Our Story
We met at a hackathon hosted by Bumble in 2017 (IYKYK), our first convo was about having the same Android phone. We’ve been together for 6 years, following each other between Toronto, SF, LA and NYC.
Thankful for the people we’ve met at these different phases of our life. We’re so excited to bring everyone together to celebrate love, family & friendship.
